The next water baptism opportunity is Easter Sunday, April 5th. Baptisms at the Chehalis campus will be during the 8:00a, 9:30a, & 11:00a gatherings. Baptisms at the Centralia campus will be during the 9:30a gathering.

Preparing for your Water Baptism...

We are excited for you to take this next step of faith! There will be a Follow Up Class at the Bethel Chehalis campus that will include recording a brief testimony on why you are getting baptized. Date/Time: TBD. This Follow Up Class is for ALL water baptism participants for BOTH campuses. For your testimony, come prepared with a brief (30 seconds or less), written explanation of why you would like to be baptized. It works really well if you practice your testimony out loud 4-5 times prior to coming to the class so that you can internalize it and get a rhythm to what you're going to say. Your testimony will start by introducing yourself and then saying something like, "I'm getting baptized this morning because....". I have listed some ideas below of what you could say on your video. Pastor Jeannie can help coach you for your video, as well as our media person who will be running the camera. Video Testimony Examples: "Hi, my name is__________, I'm getting baptized today because Jesus has changed my life and I'm following Him and I want everyone to know!" "Hi, my name is __________, I'm getting baptized today because I want to follow Jesus' example because He's my savior and I'm going to trust Him." "Hi, my name is _________, (then tell a little bit of your story)" "Hi, my name is __________, I've been following Jesus for most of my life, but today I want to be baptized because I want everyone to know that I am fully committed to Him." "Hi, my name is ___________, I'm getting baptized today because I just made a commitment to follow Jesus and I'm following His example."
